Chef Mikhail’s focus in every dish is always prime ingredients; his dishes elicit the real flavour of every natural element. The extensive menu boasts of traditional dishes from Milan (like the Saffron Risotto Milanese) as well as Mediterranean delights (Parmentier of Chilean seabass, crab, lemon confit), delicately crisp wood-fired pizzas and contemporary innovations such as the cappuccino of wild mushrooms with truffle oil.
